Who am I?
I’m Jack Krucial: Former professional athlete, physiotherapist, and performance consultant to MMA fighters (ONE FC, Bellator), elite athletes, and high-performing businessmen worldwide. I’ve been mentored by coaches behind Anthony Joshua, Formula 1 drivers, and US special forces operators. I’ve spent 5 years running a performance business and refining these systems across the globe.
