Why fatigue is the optimal state of man.
How physical exhaustion unlocks your true potential...
The self help & productivity gurus have an ass backwards approach to conquering your mind.
Meditation apps, journalling, 2 hour morning routines, these methods all miss the point.
The secret to laser focusing on your mission and purpose is not more circle jerk procrastination methods.
It’s being in a state of fatigue. Men are creatures of physical labour.
A physically exhausted man, is a man in his apex form.
The modern male crisis
Look around. The modern man is fucking broken.
Hunched over keyboards like Quasimodo, drowning in Slack notifications, paralyzed by analysis.
Scared to approach the girl who makes his heart race.
Terrified his business will fail before he even starts.
Living in constant anxiety because his energy is spent in his own mind.
No force, no action, no making moves in the real world.
We've been chained to desks for 8 hours a day for the past 150 years, but the problem has reached critical mass in the last 40.
Since computers invaded every office in the 1980s, we've created a generation of men who've never known what it feels like to be properly worn down.
This is the problem: Your mind is holding you hostage, and exerting yourself physically is the key to unleash those shackles.
Why construction workers get more play than you
There's a reason women gravitate toward blue-collar men. It's not the rugged aesthetic, it's the mindset. The 0 fucks given aura.
Picture this: A construction worker pours concrete in 90-degree heat for 10 hours. Splits wood. Runs circular saws. Gets beaten down to a pulp by honest labor. When he walks into a bar after his shift, do you think he's worried about:
His "perfect" opening line?
Whether his voice is at the optimal decibel?
His supplement stack?
Seed oils in his lunch?
Hell no.
He's so physically depleted that his brain has zero bandwidth for insecurities. No mental energy left for pickup artist tactics or overthinking social dynamics. He just... acts. Naturally. Authentically.
Meanwhile, you're making a science project out of human interaction because your nervous system is buzzing with unused energy, creating elaborate mental obstacles where none should exist.
Fatigue is the natural state of man
You're hardwired for physical labor, not cubicle imprisonment.
When you systematically exhaust your body, something magical happens:
Your mind stops overthinking and starts executing.
No more analysis paralysis about your business idea
No more fear of rejection
No more doom-scrolling and mental masturbation
No more caring about politics, gossip, or Kim Kardashian's latest surgery
You enter a state of pure action. Flow state on demand.
And I am going to give you the exact actions you can take to finally get the fuck out of your own head.
Lift weights
This is a no brainer.
I won’t cover the benefits of lifting weights. Everyone knows this.
No one has ever told themselves “I wish I was weaker in that scenario”.
Lifting heavy shit off the ground is anabolic & the hall of fame pump after a hard strength session is unmatched.
Extreme meditation
I stumbled onto this accidentally.
My best business breakthroughs happen after brutal sparring sessions when I'm completely depleted.
Brain empty, body wrecked and suddenly I'm a fucking genius. Ideas flow like water. Decisions become obvious. Action becomes automatic.
The entire Lethal Gentleman’s Club concept came after 10 rounds of gruelling Muay Thai 8 months ago.
Whether you’re flying down a black run on the skii slopes in Zermatt, tackling a 6 foot wave in Oahu, or hiking Kilimanjaro.
Extreme sports and adventure are some of the last bastions where social media, your emails & the small nagging stresses of life dissolve.
Become Lethal
Anyone who trains martial arts chuckles at the guy stressing about his 9-5.
That his boss is nagging him.
When you’re slipping punches & throwing yourself into the arena on a daily basis, all of the small stresses the average man worries about dissolves into nothingness.
Martial arts is one of the last true expressions of the ultimate form of physical fatigue.
No other sport or form of exercise comes close.
And the feeling you get after a hard session is euphoric.
It’s one of the only arenas left where all you can think about is the man infront of you.
Not your business emails. Not your social media.
Take the combat sports pill.
So if you’re sleeping like shit, you’re restless…
If you’re scared of pulling the trigger on your dreams & ambitions
If you’re constantly anxious, self conscious, insecure….
Then try carpet-bombing your physical state through intense training,
You might find that is was the missing unlock to take relentless action all along.
And if you want the best training system to do this, check out The Lethal Gentlemen’s Protocol.

Wrote this note a couple of hours before your article appeared in my feed:
“Three sets of heavy squats a day before yesterday after slacking for 2 months. Every single leg muscle is screaming but man, the monkey mind is so much quieter.”
Maybe beating the sh*t out of our bodies promotes both clarity and synchronicity. 😎💪✨
Love the essay. I don’t do martial arts, I’m into running and calisthenics (do both to exhaustion). What you are saying here is true. Nothing compares to the emotional high after a rough one-hour session.
