Gents, for this months addition of the protocol, I have designed anabolic sessions that require minimal equipment:
Barbells
Dumbbells
Pull Up & Dip Bar
Ab Wheel ($5 investment but one of the best core builders).
This months addition is going to show you how to train with minimal equipment & still build a lethal physique.
FUTURE ADDITIONS
As I am beginning to get a lot of guys that are coming across from Instagram, I will also be revamping the directory.
This means making the articles & protocols that I have written far more accessible & very easy to access.
This is the only issue I have with hosting protocols on Substack, and I want to make sure it’s as smooth as possible for you to navigate.

As many of you are aware, I only have the capacity to take on 20 clients at one time.
However, many of you have specific questions & still want a more custom / bespoke approach the protocols that you are using.
If there’s enough interest I will offer a service where I will get you to fill out a questionnaire & this will help me develop a 4,8 & 12 week protocol for you.
The difference between this & my 1-1 service is we do not constantly adapt the protocol, it will be a single build out.
