OCTOBER PROTOCOL CHANGES
UPPER | LOWER | FULL
In this month’s addition, I will be breaking down one of my favourite training splits & a way to segment your anabolic sessions.
This is having:
1x Upper Body session
1x Lower Body session
1x Full Body session
With this training split, it allows the most flexibility in your training week.
Hitting 2 full body sessions on back to back days can be very taxing, compared to upper body, then lower body the following day.
You can then treat your “full body day” as a floating day that you can implement anywhere in the week that you wish.
For those of you with a busy schedule, lots of cardio / sports or martial arts training, this can be one of the best ways to structure your week while still hitting both the upper & lower body twice per week.
As I mention with each months addition, these should be a guide to your training. Not all of you will always have the perfect equipment or gym setup. Use your brain and come up with alternatives. Also stick with one of these protocols for at least a full quarter (12 weeks).
I simply want to give you brand new updates & training upgrades based on my constant iterations & improvements to protocols.
The Lethal Protocol’s will look vastly different today, as they will 6 months from now.
