The SOP for your chefs would be great. We have a couple people that do the cooking for us, but sometimes it's not the healthiest (especially with the amount of oil they typically use lol)
You continue to weave humor into your wisdom incredibly well. Entertaining and informational read as always. All those situations from airport, hotel, business meetings, etc will be great to see you elaborate on while continuing to are in your hilarious ways of clowning the average approach
I highly recommend the NYT Cooking Subscription. First year is $1/week. Recipes typically take an hour or less from prep to table, and it includes the macros per serving. They'll wow your family and friends, and it will keep you up to date on what's trending in the culinary world.
Great article. Interested in recipes or just recommendations of great teachers (I'm sure there are some gems on youtube or elsewhere but the amount of noise in the food space is also massive)
I try to get my training done first thing in the morning before work, what should nutrition look like on this plan? Fruit maybe before followed by a meal or what are your thoughts for this kind of plan?
What an awesome article! Would love more info about the 3-5 solid meals to be built on rotation for those of us that are up and coming!
They’re on the way man
