Why Grinding is Overrated...
And what to focus on instead...
We’ve been hard wired to believe as men that the harder we work, the more successful we become…
But if this was the case the men who are working 80 hour weeks, in the sweltering heat, labouring & doing back breaking jobs would all be rich… But we know that isn’t the case, don’t we?
Now I am not arguing that you need to have a solid work ethic to get what you want in life… But something that’s far more important is adaptability.
The ability to evolve, pivot, iterate, transform… And let go of your old ways, character traits & frameworks if….
You are not getting results.
When it boils down to it, every ‘marker’ of success.
The rolex, the car, the penthouse apartment overlooking the city… These are just symbols of capability & the ability to get results…
And ‘grinding’ your ass off & getting the same results as a man who makes it look as the italians say ‘sprezzatura’ (effortless grace), is a far more admirable path to aspire toward.
Many of you will mistaken this message for being lazy, looking for get rich quick schemes, taking shortcuts & avoiding the work you know you need to do.
But it’s not about that.
It’s about being as efficient as possible towards the results you want in life.
Not over complicating things for the sake of it.
Not turning something into a grind that doesn’t have to be.
If you can get the same objective results from hitting the gym 3 times per week, why would you want to get that same outcome training twice a day, 7 days a week?
When you start to think in this lens, it allows you to think more about output over how many hours you clock in.
It’s time to start admiring the man who gets what he wants as effortlessly as possible.
Who surgically works to build results.
Who doesn’t waste years, ‘doing it his way’, but instead learns from world class mentors & practitioners who can speed up their development.
If you’re in a phase of your life now where all you feel you’re doing is grinding, sit back & really analyse…. Is this mode of operating really giving me results?
If the answer’s no, it’s time to switch up your approach.
I am personally working on a peak potential protocol which covers this in more detail & will help build efficiency & clear direction in your life.
If you’re interested DM me ‘protocol’ & I’ll put you on an early access list.

I realised the same thing. Started working on systems to get the mechanical work done.
Especially in this age of AI, its so easy to automate most tasks. Then, you can reserve your time for the thinking.
Problem solving thinking. You know? The thing that customers pay for.
