Cardio is king. It drives me nuts when martial arts dont think cardio is important.

I also dont completely understand how the anabolic sessions are broken down. Have you figured it out?
Not really, I’ve made my own 3 day split though which includes power exercises, compounds and some auxiliary/hypertrophy work that works for me and really enjoying it at the min
from the writing can tell this skips all the bs other health “gurus” preach - this is a proper protocol and guide if you’re willing to read!!
