What a year it has been.
I’ve been overwhelmed with gratitude & highly impressed with the calibre of man that reads this body of work.

As we begin to move into 2026, there are a range of things that I am working on behind the scenes for The Lethal Club.
Including & not limited to:
Bespoke Lethal Apparel for clients & giveaways: At this point of the business, I have no desire to run an eCommerce business. I do however, want to have 1:1 pieces that will need to be earnt. This means having challenges & elements in place that allow us to all push each other towards Lethality.
The Combat Conclave: for those of you that have been tuning in for years (real ones remember Combat Therapist)…. We are starting to take the online network within the Club, and bring it into the real world. This will first be available to The Conclave only (all of my clients & immediate network). But once we execute logistics, I wish to hold events all over the globe.
Detailed Protocols: along with the consistent production of work here, I am working on masterclass style products that will help add more ‘structure’ to the Lethal Gentlemen’s way of life. This will give those of you who want to learn even more about the system, a greater understanding…

DECEMBER PROTOCOL
Common feedback that I get around executing the protocol, particularly for newer trainers, is struggling to recover from the combination of anabolic sessions & elite gas tank protocols.
So I have come up with a solution for this for those of you that are struggling to recover from those demands.
This protocol is going to teach you about the intelligent integration of isometrics.
