WE ARE MORE DISCONNECTED THAN EVER…
We are further removed from nature than we ever have been.
We blast our eyes with blue light before bed instead of aligning with the sun.
We escape the element using air conditioning & heating.
We avoid walking & commuting from place to place, and drive everywhere instead.
And even worse…
We are starting to outsource our feelings to machines.
Whoop,oura and garmin to tell us how we feel & how recovered we are.
Chat GPT & AI to counsel us through our problems (which is incredibly dangerous btw - but we can cover this another time).
We avoid feeling anything at all, and want technology to tell us how we feel.
And the average man has lost his ‘gut feel’ he once had, and it’s been replaced by IBS & other gut health issues across the board.
HOW TO LEVERAGE THE SEASONS OF LIFE
What I am covering is a concept that I have been experimenting with over the last 6 months, and that is seasonal lifestyle design.
This means, winter is treated differently to summer.
Spring is treated differently to fall… and so on.
But why?
You will notice that once you live this way, you’re no longer trying to fight the elements.
It’s going to be far easier to surf in summer than it would be in the dead of winter.
It’s going to be far easier to stay indoors during winter, than when it’s beautiful outside.
So why not use this to our advantage… Let me explain each season in further detail.
