Fantastic. Need the foot and ankle protocol. Had back trouble for 30Y.

Do you have advice for elbows as well ? Got tendonitis in both elbows (golfers elbow AND tennis elbow in both arms somehow). The elbow is a big problem with any strengthening regime requiring push and pull. It would be amazing if you can add elbows to the protocols.

Yes I will cook something up for this in the coming months, idea is to have protocols for each part of the body.

I’m not injured today, but I’ve saved these training protocols to integrate into my daily workout to prevent. Look forward to the additional protocols.

Thx @Jack Krucial

Outstanding. I dislocated and broke part of my shoulder two years ago. The break required surgery. That led to my being able to get my legs in the best shape of my life from both a strength and muscular endurance standpoint as the shoulder healed and I worked with a PT who specializes in athletes. Those PT sessions produced some of the worst pain I’ve been through as we pressed my mobility.

In less than a year I was back to training BJJ full-time and exceeding previous benchmarks in all fitness categories including burpees which I had previous set a world record in.

Setbacks can be opportunities.
